Seesaw

A Window Into Your Child’s Learning

When your child joins Templemoor, you will be asked if you would like to sign up to Seesaw. Seesaw is an online learning journal which allows us to share photos, videos and messages with parents and carers without them being visible to the general public. During the day adults, or the children themselves, create content that you are able to see via the app. This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain an insight into your child’s day and helps spark conversations at home. Homelinks and teacher messages are also sent via the app to ensure parents have all of the information to support their children.

Whilst we hope to never have to return to 'remote learning', in the unlikely event that school should close, Seesaw would be used for children to access lessons.

Logging on to Seesaw

Once you have given permission for your child to be on Seesaw, you will be sent an email explaining how to set up an account.

You can log in to Seesaw here or by downloading the free app.

When logged in as a parent, you can see your child's work and send messages to the teacher. You will also be sent a home learning code (unique to your child) to allow your child to log in at home to complete home learning tasks. Please see below for instructions on how to toggle between the parent and child version.

Examples of Seesaw entries

Here are some examples of some of the things you may see on Seesaw. Please be aware that these have been chosen to be showcased on the website and your child’s content will not normally be available to the wider public.
